Its central location near major attractions ensures a safe and convenient stay.

The hotel gave me a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small and underground, not really ideal for two adults, but the loft room with a steep spiral staircase and a sloping, beamed ceiling had a unique charm. The service was exceptional, friendly, and ready to address any request, offering car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and pet amenities. The location was super central, right between Puerta de Sol and Gran Via, near Sol, Madrid, making it convenient for exploring the main city sights. However, the noise from the downstairs bar was a bit disturbing at night. The dining experience lacked some vegetarian options but offered a lovely selection including juices, pastries, cheese, hams, and a hot selection. The hotel facilities were adequate, and the price was reasonable.
